Custom furniture cannot be returned under any circumstances. Undamaged items purchased thru Harris WorkSystems can be returned within 30 days of the original delivery upon approval from the Salesperson. A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-custom products. Harris WorkSystems will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Harris WorkSystems will credit the customer in the same manner as the original payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
